I am back at WebSummit this year but purely as an attendee! I exhibited last year in the Alpha section and its great to be back at this event. I went around and saw a lot more than I did last year, disappointing to hear that the WebSummit is moving to Lisbon next year but if thats what they want then fair play.
It will be a challenge but having the event here in Dublin is also a challenge; Desperate WiFi, Ridiculous Hotels, Transport to and from RDS.. I do feel the government could have done more to help with the event but WebSummit have made up their minds.
