Delighted to announce we now have an app integration for QuickBooks. The integration overview video will show you how the integration works and how to add Quickbooks to your Clientrol account.
What is QuickBooks?
QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed by Intuit Software. QuickBooks products are geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offer on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud-based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions. The reason why we decided to integrate with Quickbooks is because they offer an excellent invoicing and easy payment system, QuickBooks customers can generate an invoice or a recurring invoice to clients who can pay by credit card or wire transfer.
Things you can do
Invoices raised and paid from Quickbooks with hour values will be credited to the Client’s Clientrol retainer giving your Clients full visibility of their retainer and any invoices that have paid either offline or credit card. In the video, you will see an example of a Quickbooks user generating an invoice for their client with an hour value [20 Hours] and once paid, the hour value credited to their Clientrol account.
We create integrations to find out if they will be beneficial to our users. This helps us define our roadmap to better understand what you need, so please if you are a Quickbooks user, put this integration to the test! If you’re ever unsure about something — or you want to request a new feature — please Feel free to contact us with any questions by email
Next up, We are currently developing an integration for our friends at Teamwork to unify tasks and requests created in Clientrol to your Teamwork project.
