Warnings is a feature to notify clients with a custom message when their retainer has dropped to a value. Located under the Clients tab of the Admin dashboard.
There are 3 Warnings available, you can set a custom hour value for each of these Warnings. When a Client has reached these values, they will receive an email with a custom message which you can edit in the warnings tab.
You can create Warning Groups for specific warnings for specific clients. You may want to have different notification content for different clients.
For example: You can create Warning Group Bronze and create 3 Warning Notifications, you can then assign this Warning group to a specific client.
First you need to enable SMTP by entering SMTP Settings from an email provider. Go to Settings > SMTP
After setting up SMTP, you can assign Warning Groups to Contacts individually. Do this by going to Contacts and select Warning Groups. You also have an option to select how often the Warnings should send by selecting the Warning cycle.
