There are 3 Ways to add time to a Request or a Task in Clientrol.
The timer is available from the Admin Dashboard.
From the Admin Dashboard, you can use the inbuilt timer to record time and add it to a Request or a Task.
The Request or Task must be created before you can add time. By selecting start Timer, you can allow thew Timer to run and select Save to add time to a Request or Task. You can choose to leave the Request or Task Open or Close it, for more information see our Knowledgebase Section relating to the Timer.
You can manually add time to a Request or a Task, the Request or Task must be created in advance. By selecting the Request or Task from the Admin dashboard, you can manually add time and save it, the time will be removed from the Client retainer.
You can add time to Client without creating a Request or a Task, to do this you can use the Timer to start recording time and select Direct from the dropdown menu. This will add time directly to the Client and remove it from their Retainer.
You can also add Direct time by selecting the Reporting option withint the Client section, you can input time manually direct to the Client. For Direct time, there is no Request or Task created for the time added.
