To Add a Manager, go to the Admin Dashboard and select Managers from the sidebar.
Select New to add a new Manager. Fill out the information required for the Manager – Managers can be internal staff or external subcontractors. If the Manger is an external select the External option to yes.
To Add an Admin, follow the same process but select Admin to Yes in the options.
Email Notify: Select Yes or No for this Manager to receive email notifications for this client; Notifications include new requests submitted by the client.
External: If the Manager is a sub-contractor, select External.
Here you can select the permissions for the Manager. You can choose Access for the Manager to view and open Requests, Tasks & Projects. You can select Create/Edit permission for the Manager.
Note: When creating a Project, you can assign a selected Manager to a particular project.
When you have finished entering the Manager information, select Save and Exit. The Manager will receive a notification they have been added with their login information.
