Managers will have their own Dashboard when logged in. When a Manager is created, they will receive an email with a link to login to their dashboard.
Note: The Manager login url is the same as your clients: https://agency.clientrol.com/adminusername
Once logged in, they can see Requests, Messages and Tasks.
All Tasks: Manager will have read only access to Tasks if they are assigned to the Client and to the Project
My Tasks: Manager will have full access to Tasks assigned to them.
Managers can also access Requests, Messages and Projects (if they are assigned the permissions)
Managers can update their status to the following: Available, Working or Invisible.
If the Manager has selected Available or Working, they will appear within the Admin Dashboard that they are live an also within the Client dashboard if assigned.
Note: Managers have the ability to update their profile avatar and password, they cannot edit their email address or remove clients. This needs to be actioned by the Administrator.
