Manager’s have work status options when logged in. From their dashboard, they can set their status to
Working, Available or Invisible.
By default, their status will be Working when logged in. The Admin can override their status if they wish in the Administration Dashboard under Managers.
The Status will also be visible to the Client, if a Manager is logged in and status set to Working, the Manager will appear within the Client Dashboard.
If the Manager is set to invisible, they wont appear within the client dashboard.
The Admin can disable statuses for all managers for clients by going to Administration Dashboard > Clients > Settings > Manager Status > Off.
This will disable all Manger statuses for this Client.
