Notifications

The Admin Dashboard includes the following Notifications. There is a top notification bar for Messages, Requests & Comments – Added to Messages.

There is another Notification bar that displays if a new Request has been received. This notification bar will rotate if any messages are unopen.

All Notifications for Requests, Messages, Comments and any other communications are sent via Email to the Admin and the Client.

Switching off Notifications to Client
To switch of Notifications sent to your Client, go to Admin Dashboard > Contacts and switch off Email Notify

Your Client will no longer receive email notifications but they will receive notifications within their dashboard.
