3. Create Retainers

Client Plans are the Retainers available within Clientrol.

Every Client must have a Plan –  you can choose from the following plans to suit your client ‘s requirements.

• Prepaid: Client is required to have hours available before they can submit requests.
• Recurring: Client is setup with GoCardLess.com and has a recurring direct debit.
• Ongoing: Client can submit unlimited requests during a month and these requests are billed by the Admin.
• Timed: Client can submit unlimited requests between a certain time frame
• Bundle: Client can submit requests and tasks with or without restrictions each month and are billed by Bundle not by hour.
• Unlimited: Client has no restrictions and can submit unlimited requests, tasks and projects.

 

Once you have selected a plan for your client, the plan will be locked. If you want to change a plan, you can delete the client or create a second client account.

How do I add a Plan to my Client?

Go to the Admin Dashboard, select Clients from the sidebar and choose the Plan.
