There are 4 Retainers: Prepaid, Bundle, Ongoing and Unlimited.
What is the difference between Hour Plans and Bundle Plans?
Prepaid – Time Based Per Hour with Prepayment Retainer.
Example: Client must purchase hours before submitting a work request OR Client has purchased a block of hours, this block can be added to their retainer.
Prepaid Retainer requires the Client to purchase hours before they can submit a work request.
A Prepaid Retainer must be setup in the Admin Dashboard when creating the Client. Prepaid must be selected as the Retainer and an hourly rate applied for the Client.
2. Bundle Retainer – Services Based Non Time Retainer
Bundle Retainers are created in the Clientrol Admin. Bundles are purchased online by Clients.
Bundles are a fixed price for a group or a single service. Bundles by default do not have any Restrictions but Time Restrictions can be applied to a Bundle. If Restrictions are applied, the hours will expire if unused after one month.
3. Ongoing Retainer – Time Based Per Hour without Prepayment Retainer.
Example: Client can submit unlimited work requests without restrictions, Client is billed by the Admin manually.
4. Unlimited Retainer – No Restrictions, No Billing.
Example: Client purchases an annual service package and there are no restrictions to the number of work requests they can make.
How do I add a Retainer to my Client?
Go to the Admin Dashboard, select Clients from the sidebar and assign the Plan.
