Notifications Groups are available for Request Statuses: Open, Working or Closed.
With Group Notifications, you can create a group of the 3 Custom Notifications and assign them to a Contact.
Admin Dashboard > Settings > Request Template > Create Notification Group
Enter a title for your Notification Group and enter the message to appear for Open, Working or Closed Requests.
When you have finished Click Save,
When you want to customise a specific notification message to a single or a number of clients, this could be relating to their service agreement with you.
For example:
Your default Notification for Open Request is: “Your request is open, we will respond to you shortly”
You want to make it more personal for a Contact Jerry who is a Director for Client A, you can create a Notification Group called Jerry and for Open Request: “Hey Jerry, thanks for your request, we will get back to you asap!”
