10.3.1 Existing GoCardLess Customers

My Customers are already setup on GoCardLess?

With Clientrol, you can easily add your existing GoCardLess customers and import their plans.

Authorise your Clientrol account with your GoCardLess Account. to go this go to:

Admin Dashboard > Settings > GoCardLess

Create a Read-Write Access Token from your GoCardLess account, you can create an Access Token from your GoCardLess Dashboard by selecting the Developers Tab, instructions here.

Import your existing Customers

To import an existing customer, create a New Customer in Clientrol.

Admin Dashboard > Clients > New Client

Select Recurring as the Client Plan

You will see a List of your existing GoCardLess Customers, their plan and value.

Select the customer to import

You can add Restrictions to the customer if you wish or you can leave them as Unlimited. If you leave them as Unlimited, they can submit unlimited Requests to you.
