Projects includes Tasks, Subtasks and Milestones, these 3 items are visible on Project exports and within the Client dashboard.
Notes & Files can be added to a Project but are not visible to a Client, these 2 features are only visible in the Admin dashboard.
Note: Projects can be created regardless of the Client account – if a Client is prepaid with no support hours a project can still be created.
Projects are Read Only at all times to Clients, only the Admin and Managers(with permissions) can create Projects.
If your Client would like to add a task to a project, they can submit a request and the admin can change the status of the request to a task.
