A Request is essentially a work Request from your client to do something. With Clientrol, you can control the flow of Requests by allowing your Clients to submit Requests to you once they have a plan and time available.

A Request is a quick client requirement that can usually be completed in a short space of time.
For example, “Could you please update the phone number on our website?”, “Can you send me a Google Analytics Report?” – these are examples of a Request that can be actioned quickly, closed and Billed without the need to create a Project.
A Task is part of a Project and are created by Admin and Managers, Clients cannot create Tasks.
Tasks may have a number of people working on them, they may not be billed individually and take a longer amount of time. Tasks can also have sub-tasks & milestones.
