A Clientrol forwarding email address will be generated with your subscription:
You can view your email address in your billing summary dashboard when you login to Clientrol.
Your clients can submit a Request to this email address and it will be added to your Requests dashboard.
If the email address submitting the Request is not a registered contact, it will receive an error message saying the email has not been received. The admin will also receive a notification that the email address attempted to submit a request via email.
I want to use my own email address for Requests?
You can create your own email address, i.e email@example.com and create a forward from your Clientrol email address to this address.
I am using Google G-Suite / Gmail Email Address?
To use a G-Suite / Google Apps email address or alias, please follow the setup guide here and email our support team to let us know you have done this and we will authorise the forwarding address from Google. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
