What is a Custom Request Form?

Custom Request form is a form you can easily create and assign to a Client. The form allows you to capture everything your Client needs done, first time.

How do I create a Request Form?

Admin Dashboard > Settings > Request Forms

Create a new form by using the drag and drop interface and save. By default, a Subject and Message field will be included with every form.

How do I assign a Request Form?

Admin Dashboard > Clients > Edit Client

The right side column you can select the custom form or a default form.

Select Save & Exit.
