Recurring Plan Overview

The Recurring Plan is for Clients with a specific number of hours every x number of days. You can set the number of days when the number of hours will reset back to the assigned number of hours per month.

What if my client uses up all their time?

There is also an option for your Client to purchase additional support time if they use up all their recurring time.

Any purchased time remaining will then be carried over to the following month.

I have a client retainer where they have 90 days to use their time?

You can use the Rollover Option, this option allows you to Rollover any hours for a certain time period.

Sample:

Client has a retainer for the admin to provide 20 hours of support every 30 days.

Can I change the number of hours per month?

Yes if you go to Client Settings > Plans, you can change the number of assigned hours per month.
