The Recurring Plan is for Clients using GoCardLess.com

Clientrol syncs with your GoCardLess.com customers and plans. You can restrict the number of requests each month or leave it unlimited with no restrictions.

What if my client uses up all their time?

Because Recurring uses GoCardLess.com the parameters are “set in stone” so if the client has used their restricted requests they will no longer be able to submit anymore. You can update their plan setting to be Unlimited.

Can I rollover any unused hours?

Yes, You can use the Rollover Option, this option allows you to Rollover any hours for a certain time period.
