We are delighted to introduce the following updates to Clientrol – 11/09/2017.
Archiving Requests.
You can now archive your Requests! Keep your dashboard clean and move any completed requests to the Archive. They will not be deleted from the system if they are closed and charged to the client.
Recurring Plan – Add Support Time.
With the Recurring Plan you can assign a client Retainer to say 10 hours per month but what happens if the client uses up the 10 hours? We have added in a purchase button for the client to purchase additional time if required. The purchased time then carries over to the following month.
Example: Client uses up their 10 hours for the month and the Client purchases 5 hours and uses 2 Hours. The remaining 3 hours they have purchased are added to the following month and they start the month with 13 hours.
