Here are some product updates we have launched this week

Prepaid Hour Plans Discounts

We have introduced a new % discount available for Prepaid Hour Plans. Say you offer prepaid support at 5,10 and 20 hours for $100 per hour but you want to offer a discount to your clients if they purchase 20 Hours, you can now do this by adding in a percentage discount amount when creating the hour block. Its real easy and a great incentive for Clients’ to purchase more time!
